Timely Order Exports

Yesterday's orders in your inbox at 8 a.m., as a clean spreadsheet. One job, done.

What it does

You install it, set one schedule — every day, every week, or every month, at the hour you pick, to the emails you pick — and from then on a spreadsheet of your orders just arrives. Each row is one order: order number, date, payment status, fulfillment status, customer, country, items, total. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and it simply works: numbers are numbers, nothing breaks, and cells that could trick a spreadsheet into running formulas are defused before they ever reach you.

That's the whole product. It exists because the alternative is logging into your admin, clicking through exports, and cleaning up the file — every single time. Now it's waiting in your inbox instead, before the workday starts.

What it doesn't do

No dashboard to check. No settings maze. No second login, no new account, nothing to configure beyond the first schedule. Install it, set it once, and forget it exists — the spreadsheet shows up, that's how you know it's working.

It doesn't sync to accounting software, doesn't build reports, and doesn't ask for more access than it needs: it reads orders, and that's all.

Where to get it

Honest status: the app is built and pending Shopify's App Store review — launching soon. It is not yet installable. When it's approved it installs from the Shopify App Store like any app, in the usual two clicks.

Your data, in plain words

The app reads your orders (one permission: reading orders) and uses them for exactly one thing: building the spreadsheet you asked for. The file is stored encrypted and deleted within 24 hours. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for anything else. The full privacy policy ships with the app itself and is linked from its listing.
